So you want to use Facebook to grow your business? You setup your profile and place a ton of your company information and your contact information on it so when people stumble on it they can contact you. Most then add a ton of pictures of their products and links to how it's the greatest thing since sliced ​​bread. That's all fine and dandy if you just wanted to push the "product". We all know products will get sold but to whom? Who will get those sales? If you want to be the distributor responsible you need to differentiate from all the other distributors in your company. 1. Get a Real picture of You

I'm not talking about an avatar image. Most people think that you can add a cute picture of a cat or a giant image of your product and that will help you on Facebook. Facebook is generally used to network individuals and to do so you need a mug shot. Okay, maybe not a mug shot but get a picture with your good side. Some might like y our fancy car you have on you profile but how does that really connect you to your audience? You need to brand your own image onto people's minds. What makes you different from every other business out there? Don't get it confused.

Example: If you sell Coke for a living and you have a Giant Coke image on your profile does that really help? Sure people know you either love Coke or work for them. How does that differentiate you from other Coke distributors? That Coke image doesn't set you apart from every other person with that same image. Your image is really the only picture you have to differentiate yourself. You want to stick out and not be filed as another Coke distributor.

2. Set Your Region

People don't realize you can actually localize yourself in Facebook. Some people look over this because they are a global distributor. Your shooting yourself in the foot if you don't let yourself be found. Why would you want to block people from finding you? Isn't part of network marketing about having ways for people to find you easily? You want to be found by people who want your product or service. Easy ways to do this is by joining networks in Facebook or Neighborhoods. I recommend networks as that is shown on your profile easily.

Many distributors are localized to states or even regions. Knowing exactly where people are will only help boost your sales. What if someone in your area wants to become a distributor but only wants to talk to someone who is local? Location information in this situation will be the difference between getting new business or being looked over.

This is critical as there will be a time when you have enough traffic going through Facebook and many members will start to lean towards people in their region. Don't prevent people from finding YOU. Generating leads for your network marketing business in your local area will greatly boost your ability to reach out and connect with them.

3. Fill Out Your Profile

Way too many people only put a tiny bit of information on it. Makes it look like your either hiding something or you got something to hide. People want to network with people they know. It's hard to do that if you got a picture of a cat and you have no clue to what they do in their spare time. Even worse, you don't even k now what they do professionally. I totally recommend you put where you worked full time or working now.

Education is also a key. Stating where you went to a University and what you studied will help you relate to many people on Facebook. Global Resorts Network Business

There are many vacation plans out there that try to downgrade each other as to who's the best.

In looking for a vacation plan I checked into a plan that had been around for over 20 years while many of the others come and go. Also when looking at other comparable resort packages I found 3 items that stood out. They were either too expensive, they had yearly mainternance fees, or you were locked in to only one or two weeks per year. Depending on what you purchased sometimes you had fixed weeks.

My next tip is to track your efforts. Use Hypertracker or Adminder and keep track of your visitors and opt-ins on your capture page. Then, it becomes very simple to change one aspect of it and then retest it. This way, you can easily create a high-converting page of your design.

If you don’t track your marketing efforts, you’ll never know what is working and what isn’t.

How to Network Two Computers

A computer network is a setup where two or many computers connected to each other. By networking the computers, they can communicate with each others and share information between them. Through the network the files, printer and other device can also be shared.

Two computers can be networked through a dedicated link. This link is achieved by sharing a common cable by the two systems. There are many other methods for networking two computers such as using null modem serial cable, Ethernet crossover cable or special-purpose USB cables.

Out of these the most popular method is the Ethernet crossover cable. This cable offer reliable connectivity and also the configuration process can be completed in a series of minimal steps. Using this technology is beneficial in another way because it can be used to establish new connections when further systems come into the scenario. This cable can be used in even in a situation where one system has a network adapter and the other has a USB. The Serial and Parallel method, which is also called Direct Cable Connection (DCC) is also used, but the problem here is that of low performance.

In terms of functionality, it gives the same result as Ethernet cables. In case the factors of network speed are not an issue, using the DCC option is ideal. In case of systems without Ethernet adapters, networking can be done through the USB cable option. Here an ordinary USB cable cannot be used because it can damage the system and so a special type of USB has to be used.

In addition to these methods, it is also possible for systems to be connected using a central network fixture or device such as a router, hub or switch. The two systems can be connected to such devices using network cables.

Even if they were to sign someone up like themselves how would they train them? You spend so much time on one person like this to try and mold them into a good downline when you could actually be out there finding someone who truly should be in network marketing. They may have had a network marketing business and know how much work it takes to build their business. Also, they would know the steps it takes to build a successful business.

You can think of it this way, do you think that the professional teams whether it be basketball, baseball, football, hockey, etc just go out and ask someone off the street to join their team? No, they look for players that have experience in the sport, know the plays, rules etc so they are not having to teach them everything from scratch and try to mold them into the player they are looking for.

It is the same thing for your network marketing business. You need to find someone that is interested in network marketing. Someone who knows how to run a business and has an interest in becoming a network marketer. They may be even switching over from another company and have instant connections with people that they have already established a relationship with which would help build their business that much faster!

Common Mistakes Made By Network Marketing People

When I initially got into network marketing it seemed that all the network marketing people I met were obsessed with the money they could potentially earn.

I really wish I could tell you I was better than just focused on the money, but I was also preoccupied with visions of wealth beyond my wildest imagination.

One day, while browsing through YouTube or Blog surfing, I came across a video that really altered the way I look at my business and it was entirely unlike what I had been experiencing from the network marketing people around me.

Sadly, I can't recollect who made the video, so my apologies to person who did the video, I'd like to acknowledge you. Sorry again if it was you.

After watching that video and following his direction, my recruiting greatly improved.

The message of the video was really simple.

One of the most efficient ways to be more successful in your business is to forget about trying to recruit people so you can acquire a signing bonus. Most network marketing individuals are all about the money.

But with just a simple tweak to your mindset, you will be more effective in getting more people to join you in your organization.

If you have real faith in your network marketing company, then you know that you are promoting a product that will benefit the people you are presenting your opportunity to. If you have a genuine interest in helping the people you introduce your business to, they will see it in your presentation.

If your motivations are all about making a lot of quick cash it will show in the way you present your network marketing opportunity, all you will do is focus on all the money people will make, that may not be what your prospects motivation, your pitch sound like "it's too good to be true" and you will repel most people.

The better approach is, if you demonstrate all the benefits of your product and service, people are more willing to listen to what you have to say, even if your MLM doesn't directly benefit your prospect, they may know someone it will help. Remember, a key aspect to long term residual income from your company is the purchase of your product or service.

The money aspect of your business should never be left out, this may be a potential business partner, but don't make it the main aspect of your presentation, this is a common blunder amongst internet marketing people.

So remember to put emphasis on the benefits of your product and only reference the business opportunity, if your prospect is motivated by money, they will ask about the opportunity aspects of you business. This is a key strategy to a successful business, network marketing people seem to overlook.

One of my network marketing heroes has always been Jim Rohn. Since Jim was also big into personal development, I found myself studying what he was teaching. Obviously, this was a man I'd love to emulate.

Nothing is impossible

Jim taught that your attitude determines your habits. Think about this – the thoughts you think determine the action you take or don't take. Successful network marketers maintain the attitude that nothing is out of reach. Studies have shown that those who achieve the most success in life focus only on what they want, and how to get it.

Another hero of mine, Zig Ziglar, says that "If you help enough people to get what they want, then you can have anything you want." This is so true on many different levels.

Get down before you fall

If you've ever attained some success at network marketing, you might have noticed some people looking up to you like you're some kind of guru. This is extremely dangerous.

If you find yourself being put on a pedestal, you should jump down immediately. Why? Because people on pedestals are flawless. It's important that your downline sees you for who you really are. A flawed human being, just like they are, who makes mistakes and is far from perfect.

If you come off as being invulnerable and flawless, your downline might eventually give up, because there's no way they could ever be as perfect as you. They start getting afraid. Also, you can't be yourself when you're on a pedestal. You simply must keep your mission in the forefront of your mind at all times. That mission is to be of service to others. This is the only true way to be successful.
